In 1994, I began my undergraduate studies at U.C. Davis and I worked with some of the best chefs, sous chefs, and bakers. I graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition Science with a focus in Organic Chemistry.
Over the years I have applied this knowledge and experience to my love for cooking and baking.
Even though I specialize in baked goodies,
